Welcoming New Players

The Men’s Nine Hole Golf League is interested in new members who like to have fun, get some exercise and play 9 holes of golf. Our league plays on Monday mornings, April into September and then we have a year end luncheon on September 22nd. Tee times start between 7:30 to 8:30 AM. Players will sign up in the snack bar following each round for the next week. We will have a “game” each week. $3 of each player’s green fee goes to the “prize fund”. Net score (handicap) games will vary throughout the season. The winnings from these games will be posted to the players credit book which will be accumulated throughout the season. The credit book can be used for merchandise purchases throughout the season. League handicaps will be managed by our Golf Professional, Chris Peterson. More information to come on how the games and handicaps will be managed at the Kickoff Meeting.

Cost is $35 to join the league which includes your annual handicap for league play and year end luncheon. Click here to sign up for the 2025 season. Weekly green fees are $25 which includes each player’s $3 prize fund for the week. An optional cart is available for $9 per week for those who wish to ride. The Monday Night 2-Man Match Play League runs for 14 weeks (May 5 to August 18) – no league play on Memorial Day or 4th of July week. League play is a Shotgun start at 6pm every Monday night (5:30 shotgun early and late in the year). Your team alternates weekly between the front and back nine of the Championship golf course. The cost is $475 per player to walk or $575 per player to ride. The league fee needs to be paid in full prior to the start of the season. League fees include the following: greens fees, weekly gross and net skins, and team payouts for overall year-end standings and low net combined weekly winning teams. Teams may include subs or a rotation of players to better accommodate schedules. The league format is net (handicapped) best ball twosome match play. Each 2-person team is awarded one point for winning a hole, half of a point for tying a hole, and 10 points for winning the match for the week. Your 2 Man Combined Net will go against every other team on your side and you get a point for each team you beat.

The Season Pass Holder at Oak Glen rate for the league is $150.

The Tuesday night Men’s League consists of 9-hole events on Oak Glen’s Championship course. The Men’s Club is a great way to pick-up a game occasionally or every week. We have 23 Tuesday nights scheduled from mid April through September. The league is set up so you can “pay-as-you-play” ($5 per week) or participants can purchase a League Pass for $130 which covers your weekly prize fund all season and USGA Handicap ($50) for the year (break even after 15 weeks on your prize fund by purchasing the league pass). Weekly Green Fees are $33 to ride and $24 to walk plus tax.

Tuesday Night Format: Each week is a shotgun start that begins at 6 PM (5:30 in April/Sept). Players sign up with whomever they wish to play with in the Golf Shop at check-in. Player’s may also choose to play early with Tee times available from 3:00-4:00 Starting on the designated League side. Play alternates weekly between the two nines of the Championship course (please note that the Men’s Match-Play league is now Monday nights so we’re expecting more participation in this league). All players must have a valid USGA handicap to be eligible for prizes.

Our goal is for all to have fun and enjoy the game of golf, so please come join us! Each week players tee off on hole #1 between 8:30 and 9:52 AM. Players of all skill levels are welcome. The league plays team events and individual players are placed on a team of four or six players based on handicaps.

League fee cost is $40 which covers the end of season banquet, prizes, etc. Please give your payment to Ron or Scott the first week of league play. You may pay with cash or by check (make checks payable to Ron Hawkinson). Greens fees each week are $34 to walk or $40 to ride for 18 holes. A complimentary small bucket is given to each player per week.

The Thursday Evening 4-Man Oak Glen League is a competitive 9-hole league played in 4-man teams. Most teams have subs on their roster as well. These 4-man teams play in a twosome match and medal play each week against another assigned team. The league is played over 18 weeks from April through August in a shotgun format that starts at 5 pm each night. The annual team entry fee is $3,100 and this includes the greens fees/carts, hole-in-one pot, weekly flag prizes, and big money prize payouts for each team’s foursome for the entire season. First half of payment is due before the first week of golf.

Weekend Series: The weekend series consists of all 18-hole events (some 27-hole events) and are held approximately once a month. These events are now completely separate from the Tuesday Night league and are open to ALL men with a USGA Handicap.

Sign-up for these events will be posted in the proshop three weeks prior to the events. Email reminders will also be sent out regularly.

Welcoming New Players

Our Tuesday Morning Women’s League is set up for a 9 am shotgun start each week. Players can choose to play when it is convenient for their schedule. A $5 prize fee is collected each week and we pay that back out into a credit book that is accumulated for merchandise through the golf shop. Weekly greens fees are $47 which includes the cart and tax ($40 if you choose to walk). This price does not include tax but does include your $5 prize fee. The league has weekly handicapped events with formats that vary each week.

Our Wednesday Evening 9 Hole Ladies League starts tee times at 4:45 pm. Players can choose to play when it is convenient for their schedule. Each week we set the pairings in groups of four and vary the formats throughout the weeks. You can sign up with a group of four women or you can sign up by yourself and you will be paired with other singles. This league is all about meeting new friends and having fun while playing golf. All players will be playing on the Championship Course this year. The cost is $250 for the season which includes greens fees (walking) and a prize fund for 12 weeks of golf. We have created a “cart” add on for the season which is $80 if you would like to ride throughout the season. Carts can also be rented for $8 at check-in on a weekly basis.
